Each handcrafted batch of 1911 Gin starts with our award-winning and triple distilled vodka, produced with fresh pressed juice from our apples. It is then distilled a fourth time and infused with our unique blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander and citrus. This process creates a complex, dry and delicate flavor.
Handcrafting award-winning hard ciders, wines and spirits starts with our apple trees, and carries on a family business established over 100 years ago. From trees to pressing to bottling, the entire process takes place on our orchard in Lafayette, New York.
