Each handcrafted batch of award winning 1911 Vodka starts with the finest handpicked apples. We press our apples then ferment the sweet cider into hard cider. The hard cider is triple distilled using old world techniques with the highest quality pot still. The natural characteristics in our apples produce distinct notes, including a fruity nose, smooth vanilla-caramel taste and delicate finish.
Handcrafting award-winning hard ciders, wines and spirits starts with our apple trees, and carries on a family business established over 100 years ago. From trees to pressing to bottling, the entire process takes place on our orchard in Lafayette, New York.
