Asimina Pumila is distilled once a year as a celebration of the Maryland harvest. Paw paws, black walnuts, and persimmons are added to our Mescal style apple brandy, and in the pot still we hang a 30lb Maryland Country Ham during the distillation. This is a drink for special occasions. One to drink on anniversaries or share with old friends. We recommend sipping neat, but we're always open to creative ventures with creative spirits....
