A fresh mint take on Fernet, Baltamaro Volume 1 is less medicinally mentholic than others in the genre. Spearmint, wintergreen and licorice highlight the nose, while a long, dry, lingering bitterness uphold the bargain of Fernet. Softened by a lengthy rest in Shot Tower Gin barrels, this is a true digestif and pallet cleanser, and the only 100 proof Fernet on the market.
