Back due to popular demand, but totally different! This is our 5th Maple Syrup barrel release, and the first at 5yrs old!
This one is especially unique because it spent 4 years in the newly charred American oak barrel becoming an epic Epoch Rye. Then, we moved this batch of Epoch Rye into a barrel that last held Maple Syrup for one final year of finishing. Fun fact, our very first Maple Syrup barrel finish was released in May of 2019 and won Double Gold at San Francisco's World Spirits Competition!
