This 4+ year expression lived in two barrels. First, a new, charred American oak barrel, then over a year in a deep toasted American oak barrel. This secondary aging brings extra sweetness, fruit, and creamy mouth feel. Our tasting notes are: toasted marshmallow, caramel, and black raspberry ice cream.
