A Pour with a Purpose. Cyclone Fans, we’re excited to announce Gridiron Bourbon! This bourbon was created to celebrate Cyclone pride, with a portion of every bottle sold supporting the Cyclone Gridiron Club and their mission to enhance the Iowa State football program and student-athlete experience.

We have a unique operation at Century Farms Distillery in that family farms from the Midwest and beyond supply all of our corn. We utilize a batch process, and every bottle is identified with where the corn was grown and the family who grew it. Our mash bill is 91% corn, 9% malted barley. We use toasted char 4 barrels and barrel proof ranges from 106 to 125. Bottle proof is 92 and the age varies. For this first run of bottles, we dumped barrels ranging in age from 36 to 43 months, but we do not blend barrels when we bottle. Currently you will find bottles made from corn grown in Carroll, Dickinson, and Grundy counties. Next shipment might include farms from other counties! There is a QR code on the side of the bottle that when scanned will take you the family story on our webpage.
Every bottle is single barrel, single farm.
