Our founder carries forward a family legacy of moonshiners turned licensed distillers—now refined into premium, single–barrel Bourbons and Ryes in 10- to 15-gallon oak casks aged on the floor of the distillery itself. Milling our heirloom grains on site directly purchased from neighboring farms, using our own well water, we are ensuring each batch honors the terroir of Central New York with quality and sustainability always on our minds. With a nod to New York's dairy heritage, he has repurposed dairy equipment to mash and ferment in, and in the tradition of our moonshine heritage, the distillers self built copper pot stills produce unique, unmatched spirits. Dragonfyre Distillery transforms passion for flavor and quality into a modern true artisanal spirit. If we didn’t produce and distill it, it’s not in our bottles!
