Our founder Vincent Pedini carries forward a family legacy of moonshiners turned licensed distillers—now refined into premium, single–barrel Bourbon, Rye and other traditional whiskey. Milling our heirloom grains on site directly purchased from neighboring farms, using our own well water, and process passed down through generations, we are ensuring each batch honors the terroir of Central New York with quality and sustainability always on our minds. With a nod to New York's dairy heritage, Vincent has repurposed dairy equipment to mash and ferment in, and in the tradition of our moonshine heritage, Vincent's self built copper stills produce unique, unmatched spirits.
