The inspiration to create this gin recipe comes from my father's love of gardening and gin. Growing up my father showed me how beautiful the world could be through his amazing creations in nature through his gardens. At the end of a long day of work or gardening he would enjoy the simplicity of a gin & tonic. I chose to pay tribute to his memory and the gift of creativity that he shared by creating this delicate blend of juniper, coriander, lavender & lemon peel and other botanicals. The results I hope bring some enjoyment and inspiration to you as well. Our gin is distilled multiple times and so we have an amazingly clean base to canvas our unique blend of botanicals which include juniper, coriander, lavender, and lemon peel.
