Sidewinder Straight Rye is a rare, doubly matured single cask whiskey. The whiskey is first aged in American oak barrels and then finished in a French oak cask that once held our tawny port.
Sidewinder Spirits Company is a small, craft distillery named for the type of pocket watch with the winding post at three instead of twelve. The name and logo provide the links to our Occasio Winery, whose pocket watch defines the timeliness of the wine making process. In a complementary sense, Sidewinder invokes the timeless artisanship of craft spirit production.
