Using a base alcohol produced from our vineyard grapes and Vermont grown raspberries, our Raspberry Liqueur is brandy forward followed by a delicate raspberry flavor. A wonderful sipping liqueur that can be served alone as a digestif.

The oldest commercial vineyard in Vermont, Snow Farm began in 1997 in the Lake Champlain Islands. We grow French hybrid grapes such as: Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, and Leon Millot, as well as cold hardy hybrids such as Marquette. We produce a wide range of single grape wines and blends. Mostly an estate vineyard, 99 % of our wine is from grapes grown on our land. Our Oenologist, Patrick Barrelet, trained in Burgundy, France and has been with Snow Farm since the beginning.
