The Spring 2026 Distiller’s Cut reflects four different sections of Arizona! We start with our lightly smoked single malt (Baja Arizona) finished in Quercus arizonica (Arizona White Oak) that was used to age Page Springs Cellars Syrah (Verde Valley). We then blend in a single barrel of our mesquited single malt finished in former Whiskey Del Bac barrels that then held Twisted Bee Honey mesquite honey (Maricopa County), and a single barrel of our lightly mesquited single malt finished in former Whiskey Del Bac barrels that once held Mother Road Brewing Company (Colorado Plateau) imperial stout.
