Triad is an elegant wine crafted from a Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre blend, all grown at our estate vineyards. We aged it in small French oak barrels for nearly two years. Aromas of Bing cherries, plums, blackberries, strawberries, fig jam, and vanilla are complemented by subtle hints of white pepper. It is medium-bodied and complex, showcasing flavors of ripe fruits such as plums, figs, blackberries, dark cherries, pomegranates, blueberries, ripe cranberries, berry jam, and sweet oak. Well-balanced tannins remain smooth throughout the mid-palate, and the finish is long and rich, with notes of vanilla, tobacco, sweet oak, black currant, plums, and white pepper.
