Hand crafted Maple Syrup by 18 mile creek in Mason WI and aged in White Winter Winery apple brandy barrels has notes of toasted marshmallow, caramel, of course maple, with subtle hints of apple and a very subtle smokey-boozy hint that lends a sense of complexity and flavor that is quite pleasant.
