PROJECT PEAT is a hyper limited whiskey experience that will take place over the next 4+ years.
We have a single PX Sherry Cask of peated single malt we’ve been aging for over 4 years, and we’ve decided to do something special with it. We’re going to pull just a small amount each year for a select group of people over the next 4.5 years, so each Project Peat member ends up with bottles of 4 year, 5 year, 6 year, 7 year, and 8 year single malt from the same barrel.
Each member of the project will receive a 750ml and 375ml bottle every year over 4.5 years, totaling 5 bottles of each size (10 total). One to sip, one to save, every year. By the end you’ll have a remarkable vertical flight of the same spirit. The first bottle (4.4 years old) will be available in September.
Baltimore Spirits Company returns Rye Whiskey to it's cultural home. Using historic pot-still distillation, we make the spirit that made Maryland Rye famous.
