A cider true to the Belgian farmhouse saison style tradition. Made with organic orange peel, grains of paradise, green cardamom, coriander seed, bergamot, star anise and other aromatics of the style. It is very aromatic with the citrus, star anise and bergamot coming through in layers on a subtle backbone of aromatic hops. The predominance of each of these aromatic and flavor notes seem to be ranked differently by different people. While each is definitely there, no single one predominates or overpowers. It was easy to arrive at our blend of these aromatics in that they have been used for hundreds of years in Belgian saisons—we just needed to make sure we didn’t overdo them. Citrusy, floral, and thoroughly refreshing.

The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
