This cider features Geneva Tremlett's Bitter, a strongly tannic and tart (aka bitter sharp) cider apple blended with Priscilla, a sweet, aromatic American apple. Aromas are pomme fruits, apple skin, lemon, and honeysuckle. On the palate, acid, and tannins are well balanced, with flavors of green grape, apricot, and subtle minerality. This is a great cider on its own, in cocktails, or with lightly flavored dishes such as shrimp cocktail, oysters, poached white fish, and broiled chicken.

The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples.
