This limited release Rosé cider is made with three varieties of rare red-fleshed apples from The Cider Farm blended with our tart and tannic apples for mouthfeel. It is a clear, sparkling semi-dry with juicy aromas of strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit and lime juice as well as floral notes of honeysuckle and rose. On the palate comes the same red fruits of strawberry and raspberry along with green grape and lemon juice all balanced with a subtle tannin. The finish is long and makes you yearn for summer. Our Rosé pairs well many summer favorites such as spinach salad with strawberries, slivered almonds, and fresh chevre.

The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins, which give depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they comprise. The Cider Farm produces a rang of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America's only apple brandy made from true cider apples. These products are available throughout Wisconsin and in the Greater Chicago market.
