Details: A low-alcohol (9%) sparkling blackcurrant wine made from the pressed fruit left over from our aperitif production. We rehydrate the fruit with water, a touch of blackcurrant juice, and fresh verbena from our garden, then let it gently ferment. It’s bottled to finish fermentation naturally, creating soft, lively bubbles, and aged for added texture and depth.
The result is bright and refreshing, with subtle berry, a hint of herbaceous verbena, gentle earthiness, and plenty of fizz.
