A Refreshing Blackcurrant Aperitif

This dry and food-friendly sipper is made from Hudson Valley blackcurrants and features the same botanical profile as our signature C. Cassis (verbena, cardamom, bay, citrus), giving you a grown-up alternative for drinking when you’re not drinking.
Storage: C. Cassis NA can be stored at room temperature. Upon opening, it is best kept in the fridge and will last up to two weeks.
Currants: We primarily source our currants from Greg Quinn at Walnut Grove Farms, just 20 minutes from our production site. While not certified organic, the farm follows organic practices.
Details: Made from a botanical cold-infusion to maximize the beneficial properties of the plants, the infusion is then blended with a concentrate of blackcurrant and raw wild honey for a full-flavored, compelling aperitif tonic. Packaged in a beautiful printed glass bottle, this is a handsome addition to an NA bar or table.
