It features Spearmint, Peppermint and Catmint - the same trio of herbs that were originally infused in the Plant Therapy kombucha that inspired this extract. These are plant helpers that have been traditionally used to help calm the body. Take 1-3 dropper fulls 1-2 times per day, as desired. Extracted in alcohol and blended with a touch of NY maple syrup. Extracted, blended and bottled in house by us.
